ranchise Agreements

When a client is interested in buying a franchise, one of the key legal documents they will need to review and negotiate is the franchise agreement. This is a legal contract that sets out the terms and conditions of the relationship between the franchisor (the company that owns the franchise) and the franchisee (the individual or business buying the franchise).

At A&Q, our role involves helping clients navigate franchise agreement in a number of ways, including reviewing the agreement and identifying any provisions that may be unclear or potentially problematic for the client and working with the client to negotiate any changes or amendments to the franchise agreement that may be necessary to better protect their interests. This could involve negotiating changes to the payment structure, adding provisions to protect the franchisee's territory or rights, or clarifying any unclear language in the agreement.

Throughout this process, A&Q provides legal guidance and advice to its clients to help them make informed decisions and understand the legal implications of the agreement. We help our clients navigate the franchise agreement process and ensure that they enter into a fair and equitable agreement with the franchisor.
